Primo Hoagies Middletown - Construction To Begin Soon!

Primo Hoagies has a new sandwich shop in the works for Middletown. It's going to be located in a new section of stores and eateries behind the Kohls in Westown. The news may not be a surprise to some, as the word has been out since at least January of this year.

Primo Hoagies was founded in 1992 in South Philly. They now have over 125 locations up and down the East Coast. The Middletown location will be their third Delaware location. The other two are in Wilmington and Claymont. I spoke to their franchising office and they confirm construction of the space should begin at the end of June!

Primo is known for using fine meats and cheeses and serving your hoagie on a seeded roll. If you're looking to expand beyond a traditional South Philly Italian, they also offer cheesesteaks, chicken cutlet sandwiches, meatball, turkey and corned or roasted beef. Or, go for a meatless eggplant or cheese sub!

Primo Hoagies is coming to this shopping center, located behind Kohls in Middletown

The Middletown location will be directly next to the Mango Mango Desserts location that we previously reported on.
