Fourth Starbucks Location Coming To Kent Island

"Coming soon" signs are up at Kent Island's fourth Starbucks location. It's going to be located in the same building as the Chester Convenience store, located just off Route 50 Westbound. This is also most recently the former home of Itz-A-Chicken. A Seven Eleven and a Wendy's also used to occupy parts of this building.

Location for new Kent Island Starbucks

Permits were issued last month for the remodel of the new Starbucks portion of the building. Plans indicate Starbucks is going to make use of the existing drive-thru window at this location. That should make in/out access pretty easy for morning commuters headed across the bridge!

This fifth Queen Anne's County location joins the stand-alone Starbucks on the opposite side of Route 50, locations inside Target, Safeway and one located inside the Acme in Centreville. They are currently hiring for barista positions, so I would anticipate we are close to seeing this location open!
